Hey there! I'm Joe, a dedicated UX/UI Designer based in sunny Orange County, California. My journey started in graphic design, where I earned an AA degree, but the twists of life led me into tech support. During my five-plus years in tech support at a data management company, I sharpened my skills in problem-solving, effective communication, and project management.

Despite the practical skills tech support provided, I yearned for something more—an opportunity to create and innovate. This desire led me to the Designlab UX/UI Design Bootcamp, which I completed in April 2023. There, I channeled my frustration with poorly designed products into a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. I strive to bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, ensuring that each design is not only functional but also delivers an exceptional user experience.
